I called and talked to Kaylie, who was the sweetest person in the world! I asked her about potential dental work and insurance. She let me know that they do not do all of the things that we need at the clinic but then said that she would make it her "personal project today" to call around oral surgery places to figure out if they are in network for us and if they could take care of the things we needed. The best dentist I have ever been to! The entire staff is excellent. Look no further!
Great service, they don’t upsell (just to make a profit) and use up my insurance coverage. I’ve referred to all my friends and family here in Sammamish, Redmond Bellevue area.
Be aware that they may charge additional fees for certain procedures without prior notice. We visited them just for a teeth cleaning, which should be 100% covered by insurance. However, the dentistry split the cleaning into two sessions and charged me an additional cleaning fee. If I could, I would rate them negatively for this experience.
TLDR - If you go here, you may receive a new bill years past the service date and then have it sent to collections within 2 days if you question it. This was our family dentist for years. I remember chats with Dr V about cub scouts as our kids were not too far off in age. I moved closer to Woodinville and changed to a dentist closer to my house.
