I have been in their care for over 9 months and each point of contact is so positive and encouraging. Today Asant communicated so clearly where I was in the process which helped with my discouragement! She kindly pointed out my progress which changed my perspective. Of course, Dr. Davis is also very clear in explaining what is happening and what needs to happen and what he will be doing to get me to the end goal of well aligned teeth! Grateful for the Team.
My hygienist recommended I see an orthodontist because I was experiencing jaw pain. Kirkland/Redmond Orthodontics came highly recommended and I see why. With all of the retainers for my treatment journey, plus the at home scanning equipment - I was able to scan and share my progress via a smart phone app. Notifications of my progress (such as good to move to the next set of aligners, and progress videos) came through the app within 24 hours of scanning. I had such a wonderful experience at Redmond Orthodontics this afternoon. It was so nice meeting Natasha and the orthodontic doctor they were both very professional, kind, and welcoming.
