Pros: Convenient location. Friendly staff. State of the art dental tools and machinery. Cons: if you dont have a lot of money and no insurance you may be disappointed. I am uninsured and was quoted over $9k for a root canal/crown(on one tooth) + deep clean. Over $6k if I payed for their in house dental plan. I am no dentist, but this seems quite expensive and a quick google search tells me its 2-3x more than even the top end price for this service. Horrible customer service! It felt rushed & they did not look at my insurance correct! They care more about the money then the customer!
I had a deep cleaning the other day with Julie, the dental hygienist, and she was absolutely amazing. I was somewhat apprehensive about the appointment due to my anxiety around dental work. She put me totally at ease, was not judgmental and was funny. We had great conversations when her hands weren’t in my mouth lol. Thank you Julie, we need more people in this world like Julie! Todd
I was nervous about getting a filling done and asked if I could they had a stuffed animal or something I could hold, and they even had a dinosaur!
I was visiting family and had a dental emergency with a temporary crown that had fallen off. Not only were they able to see me the next day, on Christmas Eve, but they were able to give me a permanent crown same day. The process was quick and everyone was so nice. Dr. Chiang is so patient, she took time to answer all my questions and ensured I was always comfortable. I wish this was my normal dentist office and I’ve already recommended them to my family in Redmond. Highly recommend!
