Tiffany is always easy to talk to and informative! She lets me know the positive and negative to any medication changes and always takes any side effects into consideration before making recommendations. Predatory Billing and Dismissive Treatment I’ve had negative experiences before with Redmond Health, but this was the final straw. I reached out for a quick DMV form sign-off and was told I had to schedule a telehealth appointment. The visit lasted approximately 2 minutes: Tiffany Redmond casually asked if my medication was “working” (not even by name) and signed the form. That was it. Avoidable Mistake That Cost Me Access to My Medication Today was my third visit to this clinic to renew my medical card. I was having issues with my current meds and was feeling very anxious. She sat with me and suggested other options. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me get back on track with changing meds. I feel so much better than I did the day of my initial appointment.
