Really happy with the service RKAH provides. We needed an international travel certificate for our dog, they made the process super easy and coordinated with everyone that we used for our travel.
Emotionally unintelligent employees staffing the front desk. Actually, they know exactly what they are doing. They will interrupt innocent questions, nod their heads aggressively, and flail their arms around in order for you to leave. I understand they may be overwhelmed, but trust me, the tone and body language is quite honestly unhinged and inexcusable. We have been taking our dog to Redmond Kirkland Animal Hospital ever since we got her 10 years ago. They are always fantastic to work with but today went above and beyond. I had called in this morning to see if there were any appointments open because our dog seemed to be injured. They didn’t have any for today so we scheduled one for Sunday morning.
