Great service
I came in about a cracked iPhone selfie camera and the old guy at the desk had no idea what I was saying or talking about. I would ask him a question and he would just stare blankly at me with a lead paint boomer stare and not say anything. He finally ended up telling me to just go to best buy after realizing he couldn't help me.

Terrible experience. Just had the screen replaced on my phone on Friday. I purchased a new screen protector from them and had them install it there for me. Well it’s now Monday and last night the newly installed screen protector fell off as I sat on the couch bumped into the arm rest which in turn caused the screen to chip again. Called today and was informed they do not warranty any of their work even if it was only good for 2 days. Stated they would love to help me replace the screen again though for another 140 bucks afte... read more
