Redmond Heights Senior Living is a great place and is getting better and better by each moment. The love from the staff is amazing and something you feel as you walk in the door. Amy is a great Executive Director which has rebuild the team from the ground up. The New management team is so amazing and I am excited to see what happens with their love for the community.
Redmond Heights Senior Living has a caring staff but as mentioned in another post, micro management from out of state, the parent company has no commitment to making much needed infrastructure improvements and has had very poor state surveys. Do your homework before considering this community.
The food in this place is atrocious! Just thinking about it makes me sick at my stomach. Some of the menu itemsi sre so gross they would gag a maggot.
