Brother passed away Dec. 27th. Hired Redmond Funeral Home to cremate, do online obituary and prayer cards. Paid in full Dec. 27th. Told me I could pick up Death Certificate in 2 weeks. Went back 2 weeks later and found out information had not been sent in. Martha was able to call city and that night I was able to pick up Death Certificate. Absolutely horrible!!! Information about deceased father was incorrect. The quoted price increased after funeral. Pricing sheets done add up. Reported them to LARA. Said it was an accounting error. Everything they did was an error. Obituary full of errors, holy cards printed off center, failed to correct obituary information after proof reading and sending in corrections. What ever you do, do not use Redmond. I don't care who else you use, just don't use Redmond. Far cry from when their father Art ran the business

I noticed that the only good reviews here are from their own employees. And one of them is a convicted child molester.
