I was a bit hesitant to come to this clinic after reading some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance. My experience was completely different, in the best way! The front desk staff, Char, was amazing. She was super knowledgeable, kind, and really helpful throughout the whole process. The doctors were also great, very professional, attentive, and patient. As a medical professional, i was blown away by your receptionist. I have worked the field for 10+ years, and when i called to verify information about a mutual patient i was talked down to, belittled, and berated. i absolutely cannot understand how she has a job, and i will not recommend patients go here purely due to her behavior.
Awful front desk people! AVOID ASKING FOR HELP OVER THE PHONE! They will hang up on you before you get to finish your sentence if you ask more than 2 questions about insurance coverage.
I made a big mistake by not reading the reviews before visiting this clinic for my immigration medical exam. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The receptionist was one of the rudest and most blatantly racist individuals I’ve encountered in a long time. Absolutely unacceptable experience. The front desk staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and outright discriminatory. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with arrogance and hostility.
