I called Redmond family care recently about 10 times, no one answered the phone, l left several times voice messages regarding my high blood pressure medicine refill, no reply. So disappointed.
The best doctor (Pen Hou) and the best staff ever. This place has given me my life back and I owe them the world.
I’m really disappointed with the front desk experience here. The receptionist has been consistently rude and unprofessional. For instance, she doesn’t ask questions politely, and she constantly forgot what we had discussed in a previous conversation. At one point, When I asked for clarification because I didn’t hear her well, she responded with something like, “I don’t want to serve a patient like you,” which is completely unacceptable. Overall, the front desk attitude really needs improvement.
I reached out to this place by phone and had a very bad experience with the front desk staff who answered my call. As someone who does not speak English as my first language, I asked the person to clarify a few things because I couldn’t fully understand — she was speaking quite fast. However, when I asked for clarification, she said, “I already said that the first time, I’m not going to repeat myself.” I explained that I didn’t catch everything and mentioned that she was speaking a bit quickly. These other reviews must be talking about another office. When I arrived I first met char, she was running the counter and even with a room full of people and the phone ringing off the hook, enough to drive me crazy, she greeted my wife and I with a warm reception. She made sure to tell us how cute a little baby was about 20 times 😆. Dr. Pen Hoh is fantastic, really caring and attentive, and genuinely cares about my health.
