They exclusively service Audi, VW, Porsche, BMW, and MINI's, and they do this well. I've had my fair share of abuse from "stealerships", but after some particularly egregious treatment at the VW dealer and went searching elsewhere and found reference to these guys online. I just had my darling car fixed here and I LOVED the service. I got a FREE car rental for TWO days while they worked on my car - the reason why I decided to try this shop. I don't know one other shop that does this! When I picked up my car, he reviewed all the costs and showed me the parts he had replaced. The best decision I ever made! As a Porsche and Audi owner, I can testify to the great service and work that Redmond European provides. A trip to the local Audi dealer left me with an empty feeling when they presented me with a repair quote for over $3500 in repairs that needed to be taken care of. Notably good service experience They fixed check-engine-light-on on my Audi A8. They are absolutely Audi experts.
Notably good service experience This is the only place I will take my Audi's. Monty is a great mechanic! I can depend on them to fix the problem right the first time, and stick to thier price quote. I use to take my car to the dealership, but after thier poor service and outrageous prices, I had to find a mechanic that could do the same quality work you would expect from the dealership, but at a fraction of the cost. Redmond European may not be the cheapest, but they are definatley the Best!!
