I engaged Mr. Redmond back in January of this year to do our taxes. We had two years a filings we needed to catch up with. Initially communication with Mr. Redmond was fine. He responded to calls or emails in a relatively timely manner. We made an appointment to sit down and review our filings, brought him all the documentation, and he said he would get started immediately so we could complete the previous years' filings first.
