Took my car in at 8AM and got it back after noon. When I got it back, I noticed a Taco Bell bag laying on my passenger seat along with a dirty wrapper and receipt on the floor. The receipt was for 10:11 AM that day, so apparently the mechanics think it’s ok to run errands and eat in someone else’s personal property. Entirely unprofessional and disgusting.
Charged over $600 for A/C repair. Did not last for 6 hours. Went back in told me needed another $1500 in work to fix , but would give me credit for what I already paid, when I told them I did not want the work done, would not compensate me for the original $600 spent that did nothing to fix the problem. Awful customer service here, they do not stand behind their work.
Just got done with a horrible experience with Redmond automotive. If this review would let me give them zero stars I would. Back in July I had asked about getting a quote for my RV to get the water manifold taken care that cracked during the winter. I was told to drop it off an they would call back with a quote. About a week later I didn't hear back from the place so I stopped in to Redmonds to find out what was going on.
