We had an issue with our surgical chair, we knew what the problem was and explained it to them on the phone. The technician came out, spent 2 minutes, said that he didn't have the part for the chair, even though he knew what we needed and he had to order the part. They did came and installed the part a week later. They charged us twice for the labor even though the first time he spent 2 minutes in the office (their charge for one hour of labor is $385.00/hour). We never received an invoice from them.
