I have always leased and had them serviced at the dealership. I bought an older gal and needed a trusted mechanic. She started having issues with the rear brakes (that were just replaced in April ((NOT by Redman’s)) but, that’s a different story). I had several friends recommend Redman’s and I am beyond happy and satisfied. They got me in the same day and fixed the issue (which was huge since I needed to drive 4 hours for Thanksgiving). Can’t recommend enough. Amanda at the front desk was super helpful and patient & Don worked on my vehicle with the same helpfulness and patience. I picked it up late during a snow storm and don started my car, cleaned it off and pulled it up for me. They were a very kind, efficient and AFFORDABLE team and I will 100% be bringing my car back again if ever needed.
I am a communications business major out of college and I can tell you the owner Don knows what he is doing. He must have known I was a new customer because he took the time to come out and introduce himself to me. That is the epitome of professional.
