Justin and Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure my delivery was a great experience. They were both very professional and kind. What started off as a nightmare due to North American Van Lines, this company and the 2 gentlemen named really helped turn my moving experience around.
Driver was very curious gave helpful tips and an all around good guy. Highly recommend services. They also were great about communicating with me
I called to check on my fridge that was scanned in / delivered 2 days ago to make sure they have me scheduled for delivery. Dispatch couldn’t even tell me if it was revived and told me they were very busy, and couldn’t call me back for the next 48 hours. I’m truly upset that my 4000 dollar purchase is with this company. Terrible customer service, do NOT use this company
