Driver was very curious gave helpful tips and an all around good guy. Highly recommend services. They also were great about communicating with me
I called to check on my fridge that was scanned in / delivered 2 days ago to make sure they have me scheduled for delivery. Dispatch couldn’t even tell me if it was revived and told me they were very busy, and couldn’t call me back for the next 48 hours. I’m truly upset that my 4000 dollar purchase is with this company. Terrible customer service, do NOT use this company
The driver, Don, was very skilled, polite and accomplished a nearly impossible situation that the Redman Billings office put him in. I don’t believe many other drivers would have been willing or able to overcome the office’s error in sending our cabinets on a full-sized semi for delivery to our place on a dirt road in the woods!.
