They do not stand by their warranty. I’ve been trying to get them out to replaced crack boards for over two years. I’ve made multiple phone calls and they tell me they will get someone out in the next few days and then no one ever shows up.
Repeat customer, they installed my fence. Glad I called them back. They had no intention of getting back with me for three weeks(per William), for an ESTIMATE for repairs. I wish William would have told me that up front. He blamed it on the hurricane. That they were a small business. Only three crews. If I hadn't called back, I guess I never would have known if I had not followed up. Very disappointed. Excuses do not fly with me.
