Have not had the best luck with this shop. I first had it in the shop for a coolant leak and they said the leak was coming from the thermostat housing. They stated that they broke a bolt and it was going to be longer than expected. Mind you I have had to call for any updates. Paid $772 for the repair only to find out the radiator had crack in the plastic. Fastward to today car leaked almost all the coolant out and it was coming from the thermostat housing and to my surprise threads are completely trashed and they put the bol... read more

Friendly staff and great correspondence. My 2002 highlander drives like new. Thank you Redline.
