The shop was kind enough to reach out in regards to my previous experience, and I spoke with the owner. He listened to my concerns/feedback and talked to management about being more transparent with their pricing.
I was ineed of a wheel alignment & heading out of town after work. I was told 170$ for all 4 wheels aligned by Miguel. Then i was told to pay additional 170$ for a perfect wheel alignment???A total of 340$ cause of rear passenger tire needs to be taken off since they can't reach there & both front camber needs work, and they charge by labor since it was gonna take another hour. Amazing service and people they saved my mom when she had a blowout changed the tire to her spare no problems no sales pitch just took care of it awesome so i took my lifted jeep in after some suspension work for an alignment unlike other shops wanting to charge me 300 and sell everything they could extra these guys were different they said no problems and took it in on a saturday and aligned it within 4 hours and checked my tire pressure for no extra charge very good people anywhere else gave me every excuse as to why it co... read more
