What an amazing shop, their rates, work, and customer service are great. I would highly recommend this place
They have absolutely amazing service. They are an all inclusive company and all of the employees are extremely nice and resourceful. The office is very clean and they even offer snacks for customer that are waiting on their vehicle. Steve and Joe are very knowledgeable on vehicles and will work to curate a memorable customer experience.
I was traveling from out of town when my car started having trouble on the interstate. I drove in close to closing and was greeted by Steven immediately. He checked out our car and diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes. While we were waiting, we were brought to the customer lobby and told to help ourselves to refreshments multiple times by staff. After a long day of traveling in the heat, their promptness and kindness were so welcome! Highly recommend!
The redline team is great! Carol is wonderful, so informative and very easy to communicate with. The guys working on my car continue to to a great job, and in my most recent visit I talked to the owner who double checked to make sure I was being taking care and even offered me a ride home while waiting for my car. I couldn’t recommend them more!
