We have a broken windshield on our 2018 ranger. Took it in to Redline and was told that Polaris won't warranty it. Called them and asked for a case number that they received by putting in a warranty claim from Polaris and was told that there is none, they just call it in. Bogus! Won't ever buy anything from Redline.
My husband went in for a side by and was told it was on order. He waited and waited for a call. They do not call back. Went to Stacks and very happy
Willing to help a customer in need. Great service, and the guys in the shop get it done right.
