Beware! I used my card for a car wash. The machine said it was $7 they charged my card almost $36 bucks. Ive called emailed several times no response. Ill never be back and ill be reporting them.

Door got stuck trapping my vehicle inside, also discovered the emergency cord was tied up to stop people from being able to pull it (what's an emergency am i right?), had to find the button to open the entry door and reverse my vehicle out of the wash, I understand things malfunction or break sometimes at 24/7 unattended places like this but the pull cord being tied up like that is absurd and also there needs to be some kind of line to call for malfunctions like this that happen outside normal business hours so people or veh... read more

Have only used the touchless wash. Have been a few times and never had an issue. This time my car was heavily dirty and salted with the snowy weather. Looked really good when I was done, a few spots that the spray can't get but it's to be expected. Overall a really good wash.
