Paid for the self serve car wash. Originally was charged $5 for 10 minutes or so then I look today (following day post wash) and my back account was charged $14. Tried to call and no answer. Wish I read reviews beforehand. I am owed at least another free wash or two. Don’t trust to swipe your card.
Machine has $10 to start the dog was but it is $15. That is an easy sticker fix. Other than that it was clean and worked.
None of the bays work, they wont read a card, I swiped multiple cards, the coin slots are jammed, and the bill slot also doesn’t work right, and on top of that, the change dispenser doesn’t work either.
The guys here went above and beyond to get rid of a spilled milk from a broken glass bottle. I was very impressed with their level of service!
