These people are very unprofessional. Took my new vehicle through the soft touch and came out with scratches. Talked to the owner and his response was that he had over 300 cars go through with no complaints. My husband took my vehicle there and talked to a manager who confirmed that it was from the car wash. He said that it was not a big deal they could buff it and to call back to schedule an appointment. My husband called several times and neither the owner or manager were available.
