Edit: less than 4 years from install and this roof is LEAKING! Desmond took three weeks longer than the 2 day bid and two crews quitting before the simple job was done. Then he and his girlfriend came and finished the job. Kinda... The 3" gutters were replaced with smaller, round 2" downspouts feeding into my 3" existing gutters. The flashing was done incorrectly. Not sealed or overlapped so now my facia boards need to be replaced. He also asked for more money at the end because he underestimated materials. It's a rectangle.... read more

They didn’t finish the job in one day, we agreed to pay a majority of the work that we both found fair that was done and he’d come back and finish the job and get paid the rest. He messaged me “tomorrow” on 11/7/25 meaning he’d come 11/28/25 then demanded he come today or legal action would come into play with no notice. He claims to be a mason however he doesn’t uphold honesty or integrity. He also wanted to charge me even more for coming out again even though that was not in our agreement. Desmond aka Mr. Flood left his own five star review siting himself as having integrity. However, last month when he was driving without paying attention, in an uninsured work vehicle he rear ended my mother in law, with my son in her car. My son was scared and mildly hurt. He needed to be checked by paramedics and Mr. Flood was frustrated by the delay this would cause him in getting on with his work day. He has also refused to be accountable since. I would say this is lacking in integrity.

I can't say anything about this guys work but he drives like an Ahole. Needs to learn to sliw down on residential streets. Even after being asked to slow down due to small children in neighborhood. Makes me wonder about his workman ship.
