I absolutely swear by this company as a property manager we always try to find a company who not only meets our budget but goes above and beyond. Most companies I have used will only do a preventative spray in the kitchen and bathrooms (less than 2 minutes in each unit) without charging extra. With Redline I have seen them open cabinets, move appliances, talk to residents to ensure their job is done right.
Told me on phone 600$ got here after Brad sprayed told me 800$! Had come back 3 times and paid 200$ each visit. Just to call him on 4th time for him to tell me it's going to be 350$.... so SAVE YOU MONEY!!!! I did research and found a product called crossfire on Amazon it cost 46$ and bugs are gone!!! These are crooks!!!
