They are on it. I had yellow jackets that I treated myself for a month with no improvements. Gavin came out one night, took the lead and destroyed the hive that was nestled behind my facia without any structure disruption. I have used Redline for mice issues too. They are up front with costs and very friendly to work with…..The picture shows my poor attempt to solve the issue, which obviously didn’t work!
