Great experience with Redline, installing an aftermarket exhaust and tuning my Ducati. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with would highly recommend this shop!
I had become quite distressed with some bike shops in Calgary that have told me tell me that since my bike is older than 20 years, they will not service it no matter how well I keep it maintained. Personally, I feel this rule is ridiculous! Fortunately, Redline does not have these crazy rules and they were pleased to take my hard-earned money. Absolutely wonderful experience at redline, they worked with me on so many annoying details. Very reasonably priced and awesome work quality.
Exceptional customer service both at the counter and over the phone (sorry, I don’t remember your name). The technicians are knowledgeable and can handle a variety of work. I recently had my motorcycle tires changed at a very reasonable price, and the front counter staff managed to squeeze me in earlier than expected. Great experience overall.
I’ve stopped into Redline Motosports a couple of times while I was in the area, usually looking for specific parts that most shops don’t regularly stock. Even though they didn’t have what I needed on hand, they made the ordering process incredibly simple if I decides to proceed and were more than willing to help.
