Exceptional customer service both at the counter and over the phone (sorry, I don’t remember your name). The technicians are knowledgeable and can handle a variety of work. I recently had my motorcycle tires changed at a very reasonable price, and the front counter staff managed to squeeze me in earlier than expected. Great experience overall.
I’ve stopped into Redline Motosports a couple of times while I was in the area, usually looking for specific parts that most shops don’t regularly stock. Even though they didn’t have what I needed on hand, they made the ordering process incredibly simple if I decides to proceed and were more than willing to help. Bought my 2025 ninja 650 end of August this year and put 6000km in a month and a half. Put a full system exhaust on it and was running very rich and the power wasn’t the same anymore. Got my bike tuned by redline motor sports and they fit me in the earliest spot they could and had it done within 1 business day. Awesome service for sure and the owner is awesome, also talked to one of the techs back there very nice people.
