I am so frustrated with Redline ! Not sure anyone realizes they are same owner as Golden West Homes or whatever they just changed their name to. They knowingly used defective product on our foundation took the cheapest way to install our foundation system. And make excuses for their shoddy work! If you are trying to purchase a modular home my advice to you is to steer clear of Redline and any affiliated companies
