Ashley and Jim are such down to earth, nice people. They really do care about their customers and finding a real solution. My HVAC has given me hell since day 1. I have had so many people come out and try to fix it but it's never really fixed. If you're looking for someone honest and trustworthy to handle your HVAC issues (which is tough to find these days), you need to call Jim at Redline Heating & Air. Jim was extremely helpful, cordial, and kept me informed all along the way. He as able to address my issues efficiently and effectively and I am not living in cool comfort.
