What I appreciate about Body of Christ is the focus on both faith and fitness. They put God first, offer workouts that can be adjusted to your fitness level, and bring people together to encourage each other. I love what this gym stands for. Definitely check them out if you’re looking for a place to get stronger and grow in your faith!
Best workout I’ve had in awhile! I was nervous but everyone was friendly, from getting a phone call the night before from one of the owners, to the coach and the others in the class, made me feel welcome and comfortable! Workout was challenging but so worth it.
The positive and encouraging atmosphere makes your workout easier and productive! Everyone that’s there has the same goal to be healthy and to be fed spiritually !
This gym is a great atmosphere for anyone wanting to get some exercise. The workouts are challenging for those that are experienced, can be modified to accommodate a beginner and everything in between. The staff is well versed in all aspects, providing a great coaching experience. There are amenities such as a free weight area, cold plunge, sauna, etc. Highly recommend giving this place a shot. You’ll be asking your friends to join you for a workout before you know it!
BOC has become a gym where you can come with your worries and leave with a heart full of hope all while getting a great workout in. Whether you take a class or use the strength section or jump in the sauna for a bit- it’s got something for everyone!
