Just went in to ask about getting a spring in the guy was 100% rude with a Very rude comment . “You know you’re at a Case dealership right” When this was Gibbs, I would actually get help and have someone help me find the part that I need. I will make sure to tell all my friends and farmer friends to never go to this place ever because they are completely rude and won’t try to help you. Sorry, I asked you to do your job
They did do a great job getting the tractor done! They had the tractor for a very long time. To me, they need somebody to look at the equipment when it comes in. figure out what it needs, then order the parts. That way, when they get time to do that equipment, they have all the parts. instead of getting time to work on it and then happening to order so it takes longer to get it done.
Great staff. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
