My experience with Redline Automotive was outstanding. I took my 2008 BMW 135i to RLA and Scott, the shop owner, for a long overdue replacement of the car's rear shocks, mounts, and small related components. He sourced the OEM Bilstein shocks, and had the car back on the road in the time promised for significantly less than the dealer's constantly changing estimates. Beware. Went to pick up my car today and it had a large crack in the front windshield over 30 in long. Scott the owner who worked on the car refused to take any responsibility or accountability first telling me that I had brought it in that way (which was not true). He then admitted the crack had spread/gotten worse while he was working on the car (but that a chip was already there at drop off). What??
