Had an odd request in that I am out of state and needed a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) done on a truck that I was looking at in that particular town. Had a tough time trying to find a dealer, let alone, a mechanic to do this. We agreed on a price and Randy, the owner and/manager took time out of his day to look at the truck for me 15 minutes away and thoroughly inspected the vehicle while sending lots of pictures and detailed notes as well as, checking specific things I needed him to look at. I called this garage a day before to make sure I could get the work I needed done as I could only drive the vehicle for a very short distance ( I had a bad alternator and it would strand me and I would be out a toll ,if I were to drive any farther away then his garage I explained it to the person there and he told me to come in first thing in the morning.) Not too happy with the simple job I had done there, value pan gaskets had to take strait back both was pouring oil they fixed the back one as I stood there watching for 2 hours but the front one still leaks, randy and gene are the best Mechanic's down there but the guy that put those on my car that works there is gonna give them a bad name cause he kinked both gaskets then when he put it back together he didn't hook up the front 3 coils had my radiator cap loosened and just sitting on the overflow tank there was 2 other plug... read more
