I had a really good experience here, Sean the guy who works the day job was really professional and courteous and not pushy at all. We bought a Toyota Sienna which has had basically no issues and I love the car. The only hiccup we had was the title was screwed up so we didn't get the license plate for a couple of months and they took care of that no problem. Had a little miscommunication in the process of shopping for a car. They made it right immediately and really seemed to car about their customers and business. Did not end up buying here but I would still give it 5 stars for communicating back with me and make sure everything was good at the end of the day. I may still consider it when shopping for a vehicle in the future.
I bought a replacement tail light for my Porsche and kept seeing cheap knockoffs but this one is a real made in Germany part from a wrecked Porsche. We ran into some trouble with the post office, it wasn’t anyone’s fault, but while Redline took care of me by sending the part, they ALSO took it upon themselves to clean up the mess made by Apple/post office/delivery man. I couldn’t believe how they stayed with me all the way. I’ll always go here when I need help now.
I bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS today with low mileage from them. Nov. 20, 2025; the car was in crazy good shape. I believe I got a very good price/fair value. Shawn was the Sales Rep and Emmanual (Manuel?) was the Manager. They do what they say and they say what they do. I'm 66 years old single female. I'd trust them again.
