Emanuel was so sooooo rude and angry. He does not know how to communicate in a professional manner and lacks proper comprehension skills. his response was so angry and unprofessional. I do not trust this dealership now. Please please look elsewhere to buy your cars. This customer service is not it! Yikes!!
I just have always worked outside my whole life and I just felt like I finally deserved to get something nice, fortunately I was able to do that with the help from Shawn and Emmanuel over at RedLine Auto.The whole purchasing experience was made easy thanks to the team over there. I finally have a truck to be proud of and can use without concern of breaking down! 5 stars.
