Drove 2 hours from upstate NY to Buy a car from the owner . He Claims there was no issues w the car . When i get there the car smelt terrible (still does) and there was mouse poop all over it, car sat for years so not a huge deal . He had told me the car was mint physically and mechanically . (Huge lie) . Amazing experience! I was in a car accident recently and was lucky enough to have one of the nicest dudes from the shop be nearby when it happened. Was super helpful (with this being my first) and completely overwhelmed with what to do. They really took care of my car (and me as I was freaking out) and did an absolutely beautiful job. The guys at Redline did a great job with my car. Raysa is very knowledgeable and made this unfortunate situation very easy to bear with.
By FAR THE WORST SHOP , they had my car for about 6 weeks and did not even finish repairs and stole insurance people money. Very dishonest, don’t responds to text messages and kept giving me run arounds. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP !
