I needed help last minute putting a spare on and Joey was so kind to help me before he started his day. It's great to have his business in our community!
He replaced the transmission (Jasper) on our 2011 F150. Great price & professional service. Did I mention that we live in Appleton WI. Yes, we trailered the truck 2.5 hours to obtain the excellent service they provide.
Joey was an absolute life saver! We were traveling from out of state when our Ford Explorer died on the side of the highway. Joey called us back on a Sunday, met us at the shop and fixed the problem in less than an hour. AND he advised us the best way to travel home so that we would have cell service in case we had any other issues. So grateful and highly recommend!!
To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Had some issues with my Silverado over the week with the extreme cold. Joey was able to give a spot on diagnosis with what was going on. Water pump had seized and burnt out my serpentine belt. Joey gave me a breakdown of what was needed for the repair and an estimate of how much it'd cost and rough estimate on when to expect to get done. Joey went above and beyond his working hours to get my truck done sooner than expected. Highly recommend to Joey and Liz to anyone.
