In town visiting family and our handicap van broke down. My daughter called Joey and not only did he call for towing but worked on the van right away. We appreciated the fast service. It's so important to have someone dependable to fix vehicles even more when something unexpected happens. Thank You again!!!
Had my 2011 subaru forestor break down on my way home, over an away, vehicle was no longer drivable, had towed to redline auto care on a Sunday. Not only were they open. They also sent me a video of the damage done to my video by careless tow truck drive right after it happened. Up front and honest on my repair. Even stayed late Monday night to finish the repair. This place is great and I highly recommend it! The owner was awesome, I pulled in with something hanging from my car he didn't hesitate and threw it up on the lift with my dog inside fixed it in minutes and with a smile. I was surprised I didn't treated like a dumb female and taken care of as if I was a priority . I am grateful and will definitely be doing more business with redline!
