Drove over a hour one way to drop off my transmission for a rebuild, 3 weeks later I was told it was ready. It shuddered terribly and Les told me it was a misfire not the transmission 750 dollars later After taking it to 3 mechanics and the Jeep dealer I was told it was the transmission. Not happy, over 3,500 hundred dollars still not working.
ZERO STARS. AND THE "OWNER" IS A COMPLETE JERK. Would use other words more fitting but then mt review would get blocked. Was supposed to rebuild my boyfriends tranny. Fine. Got it back finally after almost $4,000. To then 2 codes and a check engine light. (Boyfriend has high-end snapon scanner) took it back to where they magically found 2 NEW codes but not the codes we brought it back for. They then replaced something WITHOUT consent to then charge him for "fixing" it. They charged him 2 hours of labor because THEY DIDNT KNO... read more
