We’re coming up on our 1 year anniversary and still love it. We started to rehab a broken ankle and have continued because of the results. My girls are faster and stronger because of the program. Quarterly evaluations consistently show improvement.
Great place. My son improved so much with his speed, jump and agility. Great coaches and friendly environment. Nice place for parents to sit and watch the kids.
My son absolutely loves it here! We went in for a free trial and left ready to complete a 13 week challenge! He is 8. This program is about speed, strength and agility. Getting young athletes ready for their sport. We brought friends the next day. We have been looking for a place like this and so glad we found it. The last 10 minutes of class, they let the kids have free time. I love the way they reward them for hard work! Highly recommend. My cheerleader will also be coming 1 day a week to help condition her for cheer.
I’m bringing my son, he is a 10 years old guy with Autism. They are very patient with him and make a lot of exercises that improve his skills and body. They have a good methodology and the exercises that they preform are good to put your kiddos up to day. I recommend them 100%
