We had a week free trial from them. When we arrived we were told to look for a certain trainer but when we arrived she was not there. Not a big deal but the gentlemen at the computer could barely look up at us. We got basically a grunt and he told us to go around the corner and wait. Eventually, a trainer greeted us and my kids started. I have no complaints about the program.
