Redline Athletic does a great job fundamentally teaching young, novice athletes the fundamentals to become stronger and faster. They focus on improving agility and building self-confidence through exercises that are essential for growth. It’s the perfect foundation for young athletes progressing into middle school and high school athletics.
Took my grandson to his class and he loves it.
Love CrossFit for my son plus love the different times available. Coaches are great!!
