It's a small personal training place for kids. Great coaches and all the kids seem to love coming back and learning how to improve their strengths for various sports. Group workouts and private lessons available, to concentrate on specific sports!
Jamel the basketball coach is amazing!! I can't say enough good things about him! He has helped my son way beyond my expectations! He not only is a great coach, but he keeps it very positive and is good at helping players level up and refine their skills! Would 100% work with him again!
