Great program for kids! We love it! There are various exercise programs that effectively speed and agility. Kudos to the instructors!
We've had a great experience with this place. Both of my kids attend basketball classes here and train under Coach Rogers, who is excellent. The other coaches and staff are also very professional and supportive.
Best agility training facility in the area. We love the flexibility of time slots and the coaches are awesome. Would definitely recommend Redline Frisco.
My daughter has been training here for the last 2 years, and she does privates with Coach KT. Her speed, strength, and most importantly her confidence has grown exponentially. As a multi-sport athlete, Coach KT creates specific programs for the sport she is playing, and works on her areas of opportunities. Highly recommend training here!
