My son Richard has been attending Redline, Bowie, Maryland since April 2024. I have seen the growth, maturity and the results in his athleticism. When he first started his goals were to trim down/weight loss, make his high school JV basketball team and build strength. All the instructors are great!!
My two daughters have been going Redline off and on for a year now, and they have gotten so much better physically and learned how to move more efficiently. Their strength and workout knowledge has increased as well. Chris, Tyson and Tamara are awesome.
