Security system is wonderful and the customer service and response time is impeccable.
They are a great company BUT wished they offered a maintenence plan to avoid their outrageous $99.00 trip charge. That's the only drawback to a 5 star rating! Come on get with the times! This would be an excellent benefit for a yearly check etc. Thank you!!

Going on 3 years and no complaints.
I had an old alarm system I never used malfunction and start going off in my house. It was no longer supportted by manufacturer so I called Redline. Tyler walked me threw ruring it off and saved me $100 service call and a hotel room until the problem was fixed.
