Mandy (Ertz) McNurlen Owner / Funeral Director / Insurance Intermediary Mandy started her career in funeral service in 2005 in the Milwaukee area. After graduating from MATC - West Allis in 2006 with her degree in Funeral Service she made her way to her home town to serve the community. She became a licensed insurance intermediary in August of 2013 to further assist families. In May of 2016 Mandy purchased the business from Gary and Sandy Redlin.

So thankful for their compassion and care after my daughter, Hattie, passed away. Every hard decision was made easy, and the funeral service was perfectly put together. Thank you isn't enough to show how grateful we are for them in our time of need.
Mandi is amazing at her job. She takes care of everything to help ease the burden on families at a difficult time. Cannot say enough good things!
Mandy and the team at Redlin-Ertz made the hardest day of my life easy. The service proceeded smoothly, and they were patient and considerate with everything. They handled all of the details and made the process so much easier for us. And on the day of, Izzy (the therapy dog) was a welcome presence. I can't thank them enough.
