Redlight is probably my favorite restaurant in Bellingham; I’m here all the time. Their cocktails are interesting, yummy, and fun! All of their food, every single menu item, will wow your tastebuds. Hot noddle with pork belly? Elite. Pork and scallion wontons? Perfection. Szechuan cucumber salad? Best starter ever. If you haven’t been here, make it a priority.
Had a really nice experience! The service was great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The Turkish tea was really good, and the snacks were delicious. Everything was fresh and tasty. Really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back again!
It came highly recommended. We didn't know what to expect of the menus so we popped in. It's a several page drink menu with a lot crammed into a single drink, fortunately the bartenders are knowledgeable and will happily make a recommendation so you don't have to read the menu for a half hour. Or do but get a drink first! The HH wonton & cocktail special is great at $18. Great restaurant in downtown Bellingham. We arrived early evening without a reservation and, whilst it was already quite busy, they found us a table straight away. I can't fault the service, food or drinks. Everything was great. Highly recommend!
