I'm actually sad to write this post. Recent changes in the menu have left the food mediocre at best. My go-to favorite dishes, tea egg, marinated cucumbers and the wings were all different tasting. Everything seemed sweeter and less balanced than before. Everything was overly salty and flat. It lacked acidity and the wonderful taste it all used to have. The food was so good! Came last minute for a birthday dinner with a large group, they got us in no problem. The crab fried rice was super flavorful, and the pork belly bao was tender and delicious. Everything came out fast, too—definitely coming back!
There is literally nothing bad I could say about Redlight. Excellent food, unique and thoughtful cocktails AND hands down the best service in town. We frequent this spot, tell all our friends about it and bring our of town guests here. Bellingham gem!
Awesome ambience! Food is amazing you gotta try the Pork Belly Bao and the drinks are delicious! Great service we say at the bar and loved it
