Do not go here! worst service! took my car in with problems with my manual transmission. they only fixed one of the two problems, charged me almost two thousand dollars, and broke my air conditioner. They said in order to fix the ac and the second problem they missed, it would cost me more money, even though it was their fault. worst customer service I have ever had. I suggest taking your vehicle anywhere but redlich transmissions.
Stay far, far away from these sheisters. I had a clutch done on my Nissan, and a month or so later it blew out. Towed it to the Nissan dealer in Boardman because it was close by, and they confirmed that the clutch had not been put together properly and/or greased in the necessary locations, causing it to wear out super fast. I even had Boardman Nissan call Redlich and took the clutch they had installed back to them to prove my point...but they would not warranty their work or refund me.
