After trying multiple gyms I tried Redleaf Fitness and this place became my home, they have amazing trainers that help you improve your skills with focus on technique and your own goals, it is a properly equipped gym where you can find everything you need to get in shape and healthier. They become friends too since the environment is so kind an friendly and not just the trainers but members motivate you to improve. Was a member for two years and witnessed many clients get injured. Dislocated shoulders, torn biceps, herniated discs. Lack of equipment selection. Not a strong level of client care or service compared to many other gyms I have visited. As time went on many of their members started to leave. Recently their top coach departed the company to go work for the competition. I had made a review two days ago and the owner called me to take it down.
