Dr. Mehta and his incredible staff are by far the very best medical professionals I have ever experienced. They helped me through a horrible accident and coordinated my connection to a world class surgeon to get me a full shoulder replacement and always maintained a 24/7’ contact with me even though technically it was another Doctors responsibility. I took my daughter in today and was told they are closed for 1.5 hrs so the doctor could go to lunch! What kind of urgent care closes in the middle of the day. These hours are not posted on the website. The office staff said they close at random times everyday for lunch! That is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard! If you have to Close for lynch at least post this on your site and make it so your patients can go to a different urgent care during your lunch.
Dr Samaan is an amazing doctor and spends a lot of time with you explaining everything and listening to any questions/concerns. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice after the HORRIBLE experience I had after Beaver became Optum. Update; if you want to be seen on time or even within an hour of your scheduled appointment DO NOT use this practice.
I cannot understand how there is a review on here with 1 star. Perhaps it was not for Dr. Samaan specifically. I went to see Dr. Samaan for the first time recently and I was absolutely blown away. You do have to wait for him; I waited for a little over an hour, but when you finally meet with him its obvious why. He is SO thorough in his appointment. I was a patient of Dr Wang for over 20 years. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate him at a 20. His replacement, upon his retirement, treated me so poorly that I no longer felt secure with my medical treatment. I am a breast cancer survivor.
