People Rude The employees here really could care less about their customers. Their main focus is money, money, money! As I guess is with every business but greed really roars its ugly head here. They are rude and disinterested if you have something to pawn but if you are a buyer well the red carpet comes out and the prices are raised. When they advertise a sale you be assured they marked up before they marked down.
Owner and Some Employees are Straight RUDE! The owner is rude and condescending. He thinks that anyone who walks in there is stupid or ignorant. He mouthed off to my boyfriend and I and it was uncalled for. There needs to be more respect and professionalism.
Redlands Pawn quoted $10 an ounce, gave me $4 I was offered $10 an ounce to borrow on sterling silver over the phone. When I got there, another man said he could only give me twenty cents on the pennyweight. I said the other man quoted in troy ounce. He said they all did it different. When I went home, I used an online calculator and he had given me only $4 an ounce on my loan.
