Redlands: “The city that doesn’t work”. The wait times are 45 minutes over the phone! Ask to come pick up the trash that THEY missed on trash day and they said they would. Still didn’t come. They are not helpful over the phone either. Also, terrible customer service. They need to redo their training and/or change their systems.
The city didn’t have my forwarding address although when I've paid the bill it is always posted. When I went out of town, they shut the water off. When I called they said "you didn't pay your bill. On chech King, the post office did not forward it to me and wrote: "Undelerable" !! And returned it to the sender. KEVIN From the city came to turn it on and told me that there was a water leak also. IT's ok... so I like the trendy parts of Redlands and obviously the Redlands Bowl. However, Redlands is a mix of alt-right bigotry and unsavory stoners. I'm sorry to be so harsh but I'm going to be very honest. The city council has made racist and prejudiced proclamations while some older members of the community continue to force religion on others.
